    Location

    Double check the room price before booking. I booked two rooms for 128 Euro each per day. But when I booked the third room just a night before arrival, they charged me 999 Euro for the first night which is crazy, and I did not know until I arrived at the hotel. But I had no choice, because I had a big family and they all tired from the trip, and according to the policy, they will charge me the first night. The other nights were 128 Euro which is ok. I emailed Booked.net for compline but no answer from them until now.

    the location of the hotel was incredible - not too far from machine. the property was set in a nice area. we had the premium king room provided with a sofa and the beautiful garden of the british consulate which was very quiet, for example.

    Great location in Beyoglu district for great shopping (lively Istiklal Ave, Beyoglu) and night life with many restaurants and cafes as well as close to all major cultural attractions. Lovely boutique hotel with very attentive staff members.

    City side rooms can be somewhat noisy well into the night from road below. TV programs and reception should be improved.

    Air conditioning issues need addressing!!! Noise from traffic is unbearable at night!!! Room key card problems create unnecessary frustration!!! The lack of a swimming pool is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber!!!

    Its mouthwatering cuisine!

    Clean accommodation, very welcoming staff who has been very helpful and really walk the longer distance to deliver excellent service. Soundproof room with priceless views of the sea and classical decor. Marvellous breakfast with a huge variety of meals.

    Its location in the pedestrian area of Taksim was great. It was also not far from the pedestrian zone, good restaurants and cafes, and the center of Istanbul.
